Here is a common example of these concepts. A person picks up a message that has no clear sender can be considered a clairvoyant. Now, when there is a sender and a recipient, one could call this process telepathy.

What's important is that you're open-minded enough so that you can enhance your own extrasensory perception skills. In order to learn how to remote view you will need to find the best means of getting yourself into the right frame of mind. This means that you will need either to have developed your natural abilities of extra perception or train yourself in the matters of visualization and meditation. There are various methods and techniques of each. It is up to you to find the ones that work best for you and your lifestyle.
When you practice guided visualizations and meditation as part of developing your skills in remote viewing, you'll have the ability to concentrate your mind power and train your focus much more intensely on a subject or physical area you want to view.
The training is in no way requires a lot of toil and is also not something lengthy. As a result we just need to be calm and with all the grit, focus and determination we need to perceive the messages that we get in our head to unleash the power within us.
There are books, audio tapes and videos that help learn the ways to develop our extra sensory perceptions and hence allow us to grow within ourselves the abilities like remote viewing and clairvoyance. These aids provide the helping hand to intensify the things that are dormant inside and waiting to come out of the shell.
There are in reality various techniques to develop the psychic skills. But before subjecting ourselves to any of these we must initially most of them. This will help us to separate the useful ones from the not so useful ones. Thus this research will save a lot of our valuable time and we may just find out which is best suited for us.
One thing that's important to note is that when it comes to remote viewing, you'll need to trust your impressions and your natural instincts. Especially when you're just learning, it's very common that many of these images you get or make any sense to you. However, learn to trust them and yourself, and you'll see success happen.
As with many other forms of training, no matter what the discipline, it becomes helpful to start small and then work slowly up to the stronger lessons that build greater skills. While going through the training we may select some images that we perceive in our mind. Then draw them or buy cards or snaps of these images.
Seal these images in an envelope and try to see them without opening the envelope. Keep a notebook to write down your results and track your progress as you continue to practice the ability.
Be patient; you're not going to master remote viewing all at once.
In time, you will discover viewing becomes easier over time and you will develop this skill to a greater degree than most thought possible.
